My only complaint about the wonderful, beautiful shower tiling that was done ,was that there was so much dust and residue left for me to clean up after all the tile cutting. I had ask for plastic sheeting to be put up to avoid that but that wasn’t done.

Jason and team did a great job describing the work that needed to be done, walking through the options, and providing a thorough review on the quote. The team was friendly. I also had them look at a different area of the house that needed work. They put a very fairly priced quote together for that and did all the work. It looks like it did pervious to the leak leak.

Jason and Armando were right on time and did a thorough, professional job removing and replacing a toilet and pedestal sink. They ran into some problems with the floor under the toilet which took extra time, but I was not chgarged extra. I definiteky recommend them.

We had a rather urgent situation where a toilet broke (as in, the base cracked) and we needed it replaced that day b/c it’s in the only bathroom our houseguest can access. Jason really stepped up by bringing out the new toilet and swapping them out the same day I called, and we very much appreciate that!

Jayson did a good job with my plumbing repair and kept me informed throughout the process.

I called about 8 plumbers. I needed to winterize a listing I had and I was shocked, most plumbers wouldn’t do this. Jason answered the phone and was able to provide me with a reasonable quote and also got out there to the home very quickly. He was seriously amazing! We had a checklist of items he had to perform and a form he had to fill out and send back to us and he did it all. Very professional. I will absolutely use these guys again!

Jason was so fast in his response. Our shower knob broke on Friday and we tried to fix it on Saturday. I called Saturday night and he answered. Turned around and fixed it on Sunday!!! We weren’t able to turn on the water for 2 days and it would have been longer if he wasn’t so quick and diligent in responding. He was also very transparent with price and cost of parts and labor. They spent half of their Sunday working to fix it for us. He’s my new main guy for our plumbing needs and future contracting for our bathrooms!

My kitchen faucets sprayer broke, they installed a new faucet and replaced the hoses and shutoff valves. Great work and responded same day. I will definitely use this company in the future and would refer to my friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were always on time or early, they cleaned up after themselves, and very respectful. Jason, the owner, really took a look at our concern with our bathroom and was very reassuring. His crew replaced our subfloor, removed the old tile and other old tile found underneath we didn’t know was there! They also placed out new tile as well. We really appreciate all their hard work and time. We will definitely be using them in the future for other remodeling projects in house! First 2 photos are what we started with and the final photo with our new flooring and everything put back together. The owner is a licensed plumber and did our plumbing for us as that was cause our subflooring rot so we can avoid this in the future.

I just bought a house and found a lot of issues with the bathroom showers so I decided to redo the tile work in the showers. From the start Jason understood what I was going for and what I needed. He gave me a great estimate for the work and even though there were a few unforeseen issues once the walls started coming down, he immediately came to me with solutions. I was very satisfied with the work and the experience. Definitely would hire him again.

Before and after photos below. Bluejay maintenance did a wonderful job on our shower and floor install in our basement. We had originally hired someone else who was recommended to us and ended up doing a bad job on our shower, we had to start over. I called Bluejay and they came over the same day and inspected the work and agreed it needed to be fixed. Two days later they were able to start the job and were finished by the end of the week. We got exactly what we wanted. Then when Home Depot couldn’t do our floor install, Bluejay was able to do that job too. Excellent group of very kind and hardworking people.

It is expensive for a labor. I hired at first because it was fair with first estimate,but adde another $300 because of the underlayment which normally part of the installation of tiles. Took advantage because I needed it done before Christmas. When the other company called and gave his estimate. It was a thousand less. We had argument the second day as no one showed to continue the work giving me alibi. The following, day the work started and got finished the following day for a 265 Sq. Ft room.

They were very instrumental in coming up with creative ideas during the design phase, submitted the lowest price, always arrived on time and left a clean work site at the end of the day. The job was done a week early and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend working with Bluejay for your next construction project.

Jason was quite pleasant at first. However, a 2-3 day project turned into 2-3 weeks. Granted, we had guests over that slowed project progress, but only after the project exceeded a week.
